Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 (6-ounce) containers low-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen, fresh or canned (drained) blueberries

Instructions

  1. In blender, combine cranberry juice, yogurt and blueberries
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately
