Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, divided

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine onion, sugar, raisins and vinegar
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes
  4. Add ½ cup of the blueberries
  5. Simmer until saucy, about 5 minutes
  6. Add the remaining ½ cup blueberries
  7. Simmer 1 minute longer
  8. Serve with chicken, pork tenderloin, ham or cheese.

Number of servings (yield): About 1 cup
