Batidos de Blueberry

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons frozen piña colada mix
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the piña colada mix, blueberries, milk and ice. Blend 30 seconds.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into two glasses.
  3. If desired, garnish each with a slice of star fruit and serve immediately.

Quick notes:

Servings: 2 child-sized servings or 1 adult serving
