Batidos de Blueberry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons frozen piña colada mix
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the piña colada mix, blueberries, milk and ice. Blend 30 seconds.
- Pour smoothie mixture into two glasses.
- If desired, garnish each with a slice of star fruit and serve immediately.
Quick notes:
Servings: 2 child-sized servings or 1 adult serving
