If you think blueberries are only for the summer months, you are missing out! Last week, with the help of renowned chef, TV personality and cookbook author, Sara Moulton, we hosted a cooking demo and dinner using several different forms of our favorite little blue dynamos!
We sipped on “Blue-linis,” made with blueberry puree and prosecco, savored crostini topped with goat cheese and pickled blueberries, snacked on crunchy and sweet freeze-dried blueberries, and enjoyed a delicious salmon dish with our savory blueberry rub. Our guests just couldn’t get enough of the blueberry goodness.
So, as we head into the holiday season, don’t be afraid to experiment with blueberries all year round – have some fun with a Blueberry Kale Salad or use some frozen blueberries to whip up our yummy Three-Ingredient Ice Cream.
