Kitchen Challenge

The results are in! Chef Josie Le Balch of Josie Restaurant in Los Angeles wowed the panel of judges with her blueberry barbeque glazed beef short ribs in the savory category, and pastry chef Roxana Jullapat swept the sweet category with a trifecta of goodness: blueberry meringues with blueberry ice cream and blueberry compote. These dishes can inspire your creations, too. Home versions of the recipes will be posted later this spring. To watch the mouthwatering highlights video, visit our homepage.
