This month, I’m all about hydration. The concept is easy to overlook when you’re trying to eat healthy, but it’s one of the most important things to keep in mind for a healthy mind and body.
This leads me to my March #littlechanges challenge: Drink more water! Set a goal for 8 glasses a day. Instead of reaching for a soda or an artificially flavored drink, add fruit like blueberries or citrus to seltzer. If you’re feeling hungry, try a glass of water first – sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger. If you’ve still got an appetite, then have a snack.
