Blueberry Margarita

Recipe: Blueberry Margarita
Adapted from Mark Goyetche, Lopez Southwest Food Club, Cleveland, Ohio
Ingredients
- Blueberry puree: 2 ounces
- Tequila: 2 ounces
- Orange liqueur: 1
- 5 ounces
- Fresh lime juice: 1
- 5 ounces
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Coarst salt for glass rim
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker, combine blueberry puree, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, sugar and ice
- Shake thoroughly
- Run a cut lime along the serving glass rim
- Place glass rim in salt
- Pour shaker contents into glass
- Garnish with fresh blueberries
- Serve immediately
