Recipe: Creamy Blueberry Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen, thawed blueberries
  • 13 cup light cream cheese (from an 8-ounce tub)
  • 1 tablespoon apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, cream cheese and apricot preserves
  2. Whirl until smooth
  3. Serve with sliced fruit or use as a dessert sauce spooned over cut-up fruit, if desired
