I recently saw blueberry lemonade at a work event. It was such a cool presentation! The lemonade wasn’t blueberry flavored… there were blueberries in the lemonade! Every time you take a sip you get a fresh burst of sweet blueberry in your mouth. Very clever and delicious!! I try to sneak blueberries into my food (and drinks) whenever I can because they’re so healthy for you. They’re low in fat and calories, high in Vitamin C, a good source of fiber, plus they have something called polyphenols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties!!
