August is hot here in LA. The last thing I want to do is turn on the oven or use the stove, but I also don’t want that to be an excuse to eat out all of the time. That’s why for me, August is all about no-cook homemade meals. Think salads full of fresh fruit, raw veggies, nuts and pre-cooked protein. One of my favorites is this Blueberry Chicken Chopped Salad from Gimme Some Oven.
