So you’ve signed up to bring the drinks to your Friendsgiving party…don’t fret! This blueberry brandy cider will have everyone asking you how it’s made. It can be our little secret that this blueberry brandy cider only has a handful of delicious ingredients you already had at home and was as easy as throwing all the ingredients in a crockpot. Our lips are sealed 😉
- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup brandy (optional)
- In a saucepot, combine apple cider, blueberries and cinnamon sticks.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until fragrant. Stir in brandy (optional).
- Serve hot or cold and garnish with more blueberries.
Number of servings (yield): 8 Cocktails
For a mocktail version, skip the brandy
