Blueberry Slushy

Recipe in partnership with the Tone It Up Girls

This blueberry slushy could not be easier to make. Throw the simple five ingredients in a blender and voila, you have a sweet blueberry slushy to cool off with on those hot summer days.


  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until a slushy consistency forms.
