Frozen Blueberry Lime Clusters

Life is complicated. Three-ingredient recipes are easy. Like these frozen blueberry lime clusters – just mix, freeze and enjoy the fruits of your (limited) labor. In fact, frozen blueberry lime clusters are simple enough that even younger kids can help … with the making and the eating, too. They’re equal parts snackable and delicious.

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine blueberries, yogurt and zest until blueberries are coated.
  3. Spoon into clusters on prepared pan and freeze until set, at least 2 hours.
