1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 cup fresh blueberries, divided

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine onion, sugar, raisins and vinegar
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes
Add ½ cup of the blueberries
Simmer until saucy, about 5 minutes
Add the remaining ½ cup blueberries
Simmer 1 minute longer
Serve with chicken, pork tenderloin, ham or cheese.
