Ingredients

Warm Blueberry Bacon Cheese Dip

  • 8 ounces plain brick-style low-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1⁄2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Charcuterie Board Assembly

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 ounces assorted crackers
  • 4 ounces assorted salami
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese
  • 4 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

Warm Blueberry Bacon Cheese Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; beat in heavy creammayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper until blended. Fold in blueberries and bacon.
  2. Spread into small greased 1-quart baking dish; top with cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

Charcuterie Board Assembly

  1. While dip is in the oven, assemble blueberries, crackers, salami, Brie, and goat cheese on a large board or platter; serve with dip.
