If you’ve ever made a New Year’s resolution you were unable to keep, you’re not alone – 92% of people who make New Year’s resolutions don’t stick to them.
This year, ditch the drastic resolutions in favor of a smaller goal-setting method. A recent ORC International poll showed that making smaller, easy-to-stick-to lifestyle changes makes people feel more confident about reaching their goals (61%), more likely to make additional changes (60%) and happier overall (57%).
Plus, nearly three quarters of Americans (72%) believe eating more nutritious foods like blueberries is one of the easiest resolutions to keep. So, instead of depriving yourself of your favorite foods, try a nutritious twist on the things you crave, like this savory blueberry pizza or all-fruit blueberry ice cream.
